Well, a staircase like this can be very simple and cheap, or elaborate and expensive. The simple way to go would be to build your own. The main frame would be metal, supporrted by a strong steel pole running straight up from the bottom to the top. Throw some stained wood stairs on there and possibly a guard rail and bam, you’ve got a spiral stair case for very cheap. In some cases under a grand. Or you could go with the elaborate kind and order from a company who specializes in manufacturing and installing spiral staircases. These staircases can get very expesive. I’ve seen staircases worth over 15 grand. Good luck!
